Returns are eligible if:

- Purchased within the last 30 days.

- In original packaging.

- In the same condition as received.

Excluded returns include:

- Customized goods.

- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have an expired date.

- Goods returned due to health or hygiene reasons after delivery.

- Goods inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions.

You’re responsible for the return costs and risks. We can’t be held liable for damaged or lost goods. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We can’t issue a refund without the returned goods or proof of delivery.

We’ll reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method as the order. There are no fees for reimbursement.

If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
